We ask for WordPress Editor access only. Enough to fix what is broken, never enough to lock you out or move your site. Light plan: estimated 24-hour turnaround. Heavy plan: usually completed within 72 hours.* When we're done, revoke the access with one click.

One honest note on timing.
Our fixes take effect the moment they ship. Google's rankings do not. Google has to re-crawl and re-index your site before results show, and that part is on Google's clock, typically days to a few weeks. Anyone promising overnight ranking jumps is selling you something else.
